The results are in and I think it’s safe to say our #GuestsLoveUs!

What am I talking about?

It turns out that all those reviews people leave on booking sites like booking.com really mean something. First, they are an easy way to leave constructive feedback. Second, those reviews are all sucked into a big algorithm, and the data is used to provide a ranking. This is an easy way for us to compare our performance to our goals, as well as to our competitors.

In this case, the 2018 Guest Review Reward rankings are in from booking.com (our biggest online channel), and you ranked us as 9.7 out of 10! That really means a lot to us and helps potential guests trying to decide where to stay on Taveuni. You told us we are the highest-rated 4-star resort on the island. Wow!
